It is currently looking for a Market Research Manager to join its team.
The Market Research Manager is responsible for deploying initiatives that enable client-facing teams (Relationship Managers) to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively with respect to sales and revenue growth. This involves building a deep understanding of the market and providing a steady funnel of leads through pro-active top-down research and detailed local & regional database analyses.
Market Research Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall lead generation strategy with RMs feedback and executive management guidance
Ensure a consistent and sustainable flow of heavily researched prospects/leads in line with established targets
Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales enablement performance of Personal Assistants
Manage the CRM system inputs as appropriate and assure that entries are timely and accurate
Take an active lead in the training and development of Personal Assistants
Support Relationship Managers in various ad hoc projects and initiatives, including but not limited to preparing presentations
Review and prepare performance reports as required and ensure that presentations/ reports are updated on a regular basis.
Requirements
Had a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Research, or related field
Has 3 to 5 years of experience in related role
Has extensive knowledge of local market players (multiple industries), regional consumer databases, and local insights
Has experience with managing and navigating varying forms of CRM software
