Job Description

Our client, a Real Estate Management company in the UAE, is hiring for their Abu Dhabi office. A successful applicant will have an overall 10 years of experience in HR with at least 4 years in OD/PM function. 

Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of an efficient, fair, and transparent Performance Management System across and the promotion of a performance-based culture
  • Responsible for the review and advisory on the best organization structure that attends to the companys overall strategic direction
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties:

Organization structure:

  • Design and deliver OD/HR change management strategies, processes that support a high performing organization
  • Advise on structural changes based on the companys overall direction
  • Conduct job evaluation and build up the companys job description library
  • Design and implement the companys competency framework

Performance management:

  • Design and implement an end-to-end performance management system and manage the entire PM cycle.
  • Work with the strategy team on the development of the companys strategy and drive the development and cascading of objectives to the individual level
  • Work with internal stakeholders across functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
  • Manage issues/ conflicts related to performance



Requirements


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • Master’s degree is an added value
Experience and Skills:
  • 10 yrs of experience in HR with at least 4 yrs in OD/PM function
  • Experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
  • Experience in structure design and structure changes i.e.: (mergers/acquisition)
  • Experience in rolling out the full cycle of performance management
  • Previous consultancy background is an added benefit
  • Analytical skills
