Our client, a Real Estate Management company in the UAE, is hiring for their Abu Dhabi office. A successful applicant will have an overall 10 years of experience in HR with at least 4 years in OD/PM function.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the design and implementation of an efficient, fair, and transparent Performance Management System across and the promotion of a performance-based culture
Responsible for the review and advisory on the best organization structure that attends to the companys overall strategic direction
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties:
Organization structure:
Design and deliver OD/HR change management strategies, processes that support a high performing organization
Advise on structural changes based on the companys overall direction
Conduct job evaluation and build up the companys job description library
Design and implement the companys competency framework
Performance management:
Design and implement an end-to-end performance management system and manage the entire PM cycle.
Work with the strategy team on the development of the companys strategy and drive the development and cascading of objectives to the individual level
Work with internal stakeholders across functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
Manage issues/ conflicts related to performance
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree is an added value
Experience and Skills:
10 yrs of experience in HR with at least 4 yrs in OD/PM function
Experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
Experience in structure design and structure changes i.e.: (mergers/acquisition)
Experience in rolling out the full cycle of performance management
Previous consultancy background is an added benefit
