Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Land Surveyors to join a leading engineering and infrastructure consultancy firm in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in sewerage, drainage, irrigation, and water infrastructure (excluding roads) to contribute to impactful projects across the Emirate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform land and site surveys using advanced surveying instruments, including Total Station and associated software.

Interpret and analyze survey data to support design and construction teams.

Oversee project activities to ensure accurate implementation and quality standards.

Maintain detailed records of surveys, including field notes, maps, and reports.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper integration of survey data into project plans.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, specifically in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s sewerage, drainage, and irrigation network infrastructure.
Candidates must be based in Dubai and possess working knowledge of the city’s geographic and municipal systems.
Preference will be given to candidates who are approved by the Dubai Municipality or have prior experience working with its systems
Proficient in AutoCAD and related software
Valid UAE driving license required.

Additional Notes:

Candidates who do not currently hold Dubai Municipality approval will be required to pass the Dubai Survey Department’s assessment (theory and practical). The exam fee of AED 3,000 is to be paid by the candidate upfront and will be reimbursed upon successful completion and onboarding.
