Our client is looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive with a minimum 2 years experience of in-depth IT hiring. Within this role, you will be expected to identify exceptional candidates and be able to handle high volume roles (mid-senior level roles). Main Responsibilities will include:Writing and posting technical job descriptions.Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.Interview candidates combining various methods (structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).Arrange telephone, video or in-person interviews.Performing background or reference checks.Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application progress.RequirementsA good understanding of technology and technical skills.Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.BenefitsCompetitive Salary
