- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to convert leads into sales.
- Provide accurate information about tour packages, itineraries, and pricing.
- Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and payment processes.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to meet customer needs.
