Job Description

Our client is a reputed luxury furniture retail company in Dubai and is urgently looking for an Estimator who will be based in their Factiry Site based in SHARJAH (SAJJA) The person will be reporting to the Production /Design manager,

In this job, you will be responsible for :

Organize and prepare quotes and documents for bid proposal
Must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Adobe, and CAD
Blueprint reading is a must
Preparing BOQ, Quotation, and presentation as per project requirements
Emphasis will be on casework, lockers, and loose furniture
Must be organized, high have attention to detail and have good problproblem-solving time management skills.
Identifies, establishes and manages strategic relationships with clients and subcontractors to gather resources and build effective project estimates that help win and deliver work.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to posses the below criteria:

1. Any relevant educational certificate in the interior/designing field.

2. Min 2 years experience in joinery/ interior fit-outs / furniture designing is a must.

3. Immeidate joiners preferred, Candidate with homw country experience but available locally in the UAE can apply for the positio.

4. Willing to work in SAJJA and 6 days a week

5. Willing to stay in company provided accommodation.

6. Design understanding experience through AUTOCAD & and Sketchup modelling is a must.

7. BOQ understanding is a must
