Job Description

Position: Junior Accountant

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to 5000 AED

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 2 or more years

of related experience.

Ability to research, compiles, analyze and interpret data.

Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.

Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented

3PL Company background preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements

Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue

Maintain and record fixed assets

Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary

Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as

necessary

Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
