Job Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the Company’s goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic insights to the Board and the Executive Team regarding market trends, investor perceptions, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for investor meetings, conferences, earnings calls, and other public forums, and support planning and execution of investor events by preparing scripts, and Q&A materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular outreach to key investors to gather feedback and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the Company’s financial communications, including quarterly earnings reports and annual filings.
• Lead and mentor the investor relations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, compliance, legal, operations) to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
• Ensure that all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Being one of the officially appointed Issuer Representatives by the Company on CMA & Tadawul "Saudi Exchange"& day-to-day contact for investment analysts, portfolio managers, and media.
• Leading the Company’s post-IPO internal and external communication campaign and plans.
• Developing with related internal stakeholders IR strategy (including communication, publicity, potential investor attraction, and current investor retention).
• Planning, developing, and implementing IR campaigns/events including IR conferences, Roadshows, 1x1 meetings and etc.
• Lead and manage IR-related external communication/inquiries and provide management with appropriate recommendations or insights.
• Regularly disseminate material through the Company’s IR website or through events such as press releases, shareholder meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
• Managing relations with regulators including Capital Market Authority "CMA", Tadawul, Edaa.. etc
• Managing CMA & Tadawul continuous disclosure obligations such as IFSAH announcements & management reports.
• Bing the primary contact point for investors, analysts, fund managers.
• Developing appropriate IR policies and procedures, including for confidential information and insider trading, as well as internal communication campaigns, in alignment with concerned internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing Shareholder register, shareholders analysis, shareholders affairs, and dividends distribution process with internal & external parties.
• Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations surrounding them.
• Attending and representing the company at IR conferences and events alongside with CEO & CFO
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience on above.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Excellent and persuasive communication skills (reading, writing, presentation).
Financial acumen for analytical insights into financials and understanding of markets and strategies.
Relationship building and management skills. Regulatory knowledge.
Holding Ifsah certificate.
