Job Description

Our client, a Communication & Marketing Consultancy, is currently seeking an Influencer Relations professional to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

The role of Influencer Relations is crucial in establishing and maintaining connections with influential individuals and key opinion leaders. This position presents an exciting opportunity for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in influencer relations, proficiency in both Arabic and English, and a desire to contribute to the growth and visibility of the companys brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential influencers and thought leaders relevant to our industry and target audience.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers to increase brand visibility and credibility.
Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the business objectives.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and compensation terms with influencers.
Work closely with influencers to create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Ensure content aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
Monitor influencer campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Analyze data to measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including disclosure and transparency.
Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing ROI and tracking expenses.
Maintain comprehensive records of influencer interactions, agreements, and campaign results.
Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in influencer relations or influencer marketing.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong network of influencer contacts in the UAE.
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and best practices.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. • Creative thinking and a results-driven approach.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
