We are seeking a technically proficient and hands-on Industrial Automation Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of workshop tools and industrial automation equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with tools like drilling machines, CNC machines, cutter machines, generators, and binding machines, and should be capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Operate and maintain workshop and industrial tools, including CNC machines, drilling machines, cutter machines, generators, and binding machines. Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to industrial machines. Assist in equipment setup and integration with automation systems. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, repairs, and system updates. Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. Relevant industrial or automation-related certifications will be an advantage. Strong understanding of workshop tools and machinery. Practical experience with CNC, generators, binding machines, and similar industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for automation systems. Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and motor control systems is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills.
