Maintains repairs, makes adjustments, attends routine and planned preventive maintenance,
Should be able to do AC systems Installation, Testing and Commissioning
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment
Should be able to install compressor and can do copper welding
Should be able to do thermostat wiring, Gas Charging, Gas Pressure testing
Trouble shoot and repair the AHU, FCU, Window, Split AC and DX Package unit.
Worked previously in a maintenance company or facility management company preferably for maintenance of buildings.
