Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at our international school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HR leadership in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a passion for supporting multicultural educational environments. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to support our diverse school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, staff relations, and offboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, school policies, and relevant education authority regulations.

  • Act as a strategic partner to school leadership in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Design and support professional development and training programs to enhance staff performance and growth.

  • Lead HR projects such as employee satisfaction surveys, policy updates, salary reviews, and retention strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Coordinate visa processing, licensing, and other government-related procedures in line with school needs.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports well-being, collaboration, and innovation.




Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the education sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employment regulations.

Fluent in Spanish and English – both written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

Experience managing HR systems and working with cross-functional teams.
