Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and values. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, staff relations, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, school policies, and relevant education authority regulations. Act as a strategic partner to school leadership in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. Design and support professional development and training programs to enhance staff performance and growth. Lead HR projects such as employee satisfaction surveys, policy updates, salary reviews, and retention strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Coordinate visa processing, licensing, and other government-related procedures in line with school needs.
