Job Description

As an HR Manager at NX, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s success. You’ll be the go-to person for all employee-related matters, ensuring a happy and productive workplace where everyone works toward our established mission and objectives. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement HR Strategies:

Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Recruitment and Selection:

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Positive Work Environment:

Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.

Training and Development:

Assess training needs and monitor training programs

Legal Compliance:

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Good knowledge of UAE labor law is essential.

Requirements

Proven working experience as an HR Manager
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Familiarity with HR metrics and decision support.
Experience working with IT and Technology companies is preferred.
