Ability to handle Employee Relations issues end to end
Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues.
Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment
Everyday communication with internal and external HR team
Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions)
Manage and control the companys payroll system including, wage scales, salary scales, expenses, allowances
Ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects to plan
Work closely with HR and a wide variety of program and business stakeholders globally.
Experience in successfully shaping and leading an integrated talent strategy based on labor market dynamics and business requirements is vital.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area
Minimum 7 years of experience in overall HRM, HRD and HR process and policy
