1. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that we attract and retain the industrys brightest talents.

2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

3. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring feedback is constructive, timely, and aligned with company goals.

4. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to upskill our team.

5. Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation packages and benefit programs that attract and retain top talent.

6. Compliance: Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure that the companys HR policies and processes are compliant with UAE regulations.

7. Administrative Tasks: Oversee various administrative duties, from maintaining HR records to managing office supplies and vendor relationships.

8. Culture Building:Promote a high-performance culture that aligns with the companys core values and vision.



Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector.

3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.

6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
