Job Description

We are seeking a polished, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation software
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the service team
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with service staff to manage table rotations and special seating requests
Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times
