Our client is a highly profitable premium frozen foods organization and as part of their tremendous growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced HORECA sales manager to join their Dubai operations.
The primary purpose of the role is to drive sales volume, revenue and profitability in the UAE HORECA sector through new sales and retention account management.
Experience in meat, poultry, seafood and proteins is mandatory.
Role Summary
Develop and implement new strategic brand initiatives that build brand awareness and affinity, drive sales performance and increase revenue of protein products in new and existing HORECA and food services F&B accounts.
Establish and build long-lasting relationships with executive chefs, general managers and procurement decisions to drive brand awareness and sampling to increase volume and revenue of all products.
Increase sales revenue and volume and achieve monthly sales and collections targets.
Build a high-performance sales team by providing strong mentorship and coaching.
Collaborate with the brand manager to develop campaigns to build brand awareness, strengthen the brand presence and performance.
Key account management to review volume and revenue spend and promote new sales.
Produce management reports that reflect market test and success plans and customer insights through research and brand performance monitoring.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years’ UAE experience in HORECA and food services sales and business development, trade marketing, category and account management experience with well-established brands in the United Arab Emirates.
Must have established decision making contact at 5-star hotels, restaurants, cafes and QSR brands.
Strong commercial, financial acumen in annual budgeting, volume and revenue and profit analysis.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
