Our client is an extremely successful premium frozen foods organization and as part of their tremendous growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced HORECA sales manager to join their Dubai operations.
The primary purpose of the role is to drive sales volume, revenue and profitability in the UAE HORECA sector through new sales and retention account management.
Role Summary
Increase sales revenue and volume and achieve monthly sales and collections targets.
Build a high-performance sales team by providing strong mentorship and coaching.
Collaborate with the brand manager to design and implement promotions to build brand awareness.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5 – 10 years’ experience in HORECA and food services sales and business development with a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in HORECA foods sector.
Must have established decision making contact at 5-star hotels, restaurants, cafes and QSR brands.
Experience in meat, poultry, seafood and proteins is a strong advantage.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the UAE.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak good English.
