Job Description
Lead and supervise the service team during operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded. Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds. Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings. Handle guest feedback or complaints with discretion, empathy, and efficiency. Support the training and development of junior staff to uphold high service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area in line with hygiene and luxury standards. Assist in daily briefings, shift planning, and performance evaluations as directed by management. Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture. Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and professional attitude. Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle VIP clientele with discretion. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
