Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Property Management. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our property management function.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective property management strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead and mentor a team of property managers and staff.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, tenants, and vendors.
Oversee the leasing process, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Implement efficient property maintenance and improvement plans.
Analyze property performance and financial reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, leasing and market trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business objectives.
