Job Description

Head Chef for new cafe concept in Riyadh


  • DOFF a new bistro/cafe concept launching soon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Parent company is Arabian Ocean who own jewelry stores across Saudi Arabia

  • Arabian Ocean also have the franchise licenses for Cris Cross from London and Chotto Matte

  • 70 seats - open breakfast lunch and dinner

  • Light mediterranean menu with sandwiches and pasta

  • Kitchen team of 4

  • Approx 9 hour work shift

  • Located in an open mall in Riyadh



Requirements

  • Sous Chef or higher

  • Mediterranean experience

  • Single status

  • Can start in 3 - 4 weeks

  • Valid passport

  • Salary 12,000 SAR net per month (3200 USD)
