Job Description
Create visually compelling designs for various marketing and promotional materials, including product packaging, labels, brochures, advertisements, and digital media, in alignment with the bakerys brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative concepts, themes, and visual strategies that effectively communicate the bakerys messaging, values, and offerings to the target audience. Design and produce eye-catching graphics and layouts using industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ensuring high quality and print-ready output. Translate marketing objectives and requirements into visually appealing designs that capture attention, enhance brand recognition, and drive customer engagement. Apply design principles, typography, and color theory to create impactful visual communication. Maintain and update the bakerys visual assets, including logos, icons, templates, and style guides, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and platforms. Adapt designs for different media channels, such as print, online, social media, and signage, while considering the specific requirements and formats of each medium. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as printers and suppliers, to ensure the accurate execution and delivery of design projects. Review proofs, provide guidance, and approve final designs for production. Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the bakerys visual communication. Research and benchmark competitors designs for inspiration and differentiation. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a high standard of design quality. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions through feedback, data, and user testing. Continuously iterate and refine designs based on insights and feedback to optimize visual communication impact.
