Job Description

Our client is a technology solutions provider specializing in interactive technology. As part of their growth, we are hiring a front-end developer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , jQuery , Bootstrap.

Candidates must have 4+ years’ experience front end development with strong knowledge of design principles, user experience and user interface for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO best practices.

Role Summary

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality reusable and scalable code for web-capable devices and browsers.
Build custom web landing pages, single-page web applications, email templates, new user-facing features and front-end build pipelines and tools based on responsive web design specifications and transforming wireframes and mockups into usable code for scalability and performance.
UI development of CMS and UI testing.
Manual unit testing.
Source control.

Mandatory Skills & Experience Required

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , jQuery , Bootstrap.
Practical experience in languages / applications / frameworks is required: SaaS, jQuery, Gulp, Grunt, Twig, YAML, Bootstrap, AJAX, XML.
Deep experience with a JavaScript framework.
Strong experience with responsive UI/UX design and implementation.
Gauge the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Experience with Browser Plugin creation be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Good command of English – ability to understand client needs and expectations.
Delivery-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - time management and good organizational skills are critical.
Smart appearance, well presented and good interpersonal and communication skills.
