Job Description

Our client is a financial services technology platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting UAE / GCC experienced business development and relationship managers from the financial services (FOREX) and HNWI investments sector to join their investments division in the UAE.

The primary function is to establish, expand and maintain a portfolio of HNWI individual and C-suite level relationships to increase revenue and client retention.

Candidates must have a transferable book of existing business.

Role Summary

Conduct account performance reviews and make recommendations to optimize financial returns.
Compliance with mandatory filing regulations.
Build long term relationships with clients that add value to protect the account from competition.
Source HNW individuals and corporate accounts through networking and referrals.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

5+ years’ proven experience in consultative selling and direct sales exceeding sales and revenue targets in the financial services (FOREX) sector in the United Arab Emirates.
Ability to undertake GAP and SWOT analysis on client accounts to identify account management strategies and minimize customer attrition.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to read account statements.
Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions and change mindsets.
UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in Sharjah.
Fluent in English.
Fluency in Russian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Yoruba, Hausa or Farsi is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with strong relationship building skills
Energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced emerging environment.
