Job Description: • Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the country head • Revenue governance – tracking efforts, related customer documentation (SOW/PO), timely invoicing & collections • MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics • Interact with auditor, tax advisors, any compliance authorities and ensure the organization’s alignment with compliances • Co-own the payroll process along with HR and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and contractors • Records retention as per local regulations • Procurement and vendor management for the region • Cater to any administrative requirements locally in the region Qualifications & Requirements: • Working knowledge of IFRS, accounting and financial statements • Good understanding of taxes and compliances for KSA • Ability to work with different business groups in the organization along with support functions like HR, Admin, etc. • Experience in working with local tax and compliance authorities is an advantage • Ability to interact with customers in Arabic to resolve any invoicing or collections issue • Flexible with work timings to align with parent company in the US • Ability to work under pressure
