Executive Chef for new upscale Italian grill restaurant

ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • New construction high end restaurant
  • Gourmet steaks, hand made pasta, in-house bakery, dry age room, gourmet pizzas, creative cuisine
  • Top quality, approx 50 dollars a main course
  • 1000 square meters (600 inside, 400 outside on terraces and roof seating)
  • very high end property, modern design
  • Opens April 2021, Feb start date
  • Work directly with the owner who is the investor
