Position Summary:

Our client looking to hire a Executive and Personal Driver to the Founder and Executive Chairman plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Chairman's day-to-day activities. Beyond providing safe and reliable transportation, this individual will manage travel logistics, assist with event coordination, and maintain confidentiality. This role is essential to supporting the Chairman's professional and personal engagements while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving and Transportation Duties:

• Safely and punctually transport the Executive Chairman to meetings, events, and personal appointments.
  
• Plan and adjust travel routes based on changing schedules and traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
  

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Management:

• Ensure the vehicle is kept in optimal condition with regular cleaning and scheduled servicing.
  
• Perform routine safety inspections and keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, logs, and mileage.
  

3. Travel and Schedule Coordination:

• Work closely with the Office Manager and Protocol Officer to coordinate and align travel plans with the Executive Chairman's calendar.
  
• Organize travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation, for upcoming trips.
  

4. Confidentiality and Professionalism:

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the Chairman’s personal and professional matters.
  
• Display a high level of professionalism when interacting with colleagues, guests, and external stakeholders.
  

5. Administrative Support:

• Assist with personal errands and tasks to ensure the efficient management of the Executive Chairman’s affairs.
  
• Support event logistics by managing transportation for guests during meetings or official events.
  

6. Emergency Preparedness and Flexibility:

• Be prepared to adjust to emergency situations and unexpected schedule changes, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
  
• Develop contingency plans to handle last-minute changes to travel plans.
  

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, or in a similar role, ideally supporting high-level executives or dignitaries.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in driving or vehicle operation are a plus.
  

Skills:

• Exceptional driving skills with a clean driving record.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  

Attributes:

• Dependable, punctual, and personable with a calm and friendly demeanor.
  
• Resourceful and adaptable in high-pressure or unexpected situations.
  

Working Conditions:

• The role may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, in line with the Executive Chairman’s schedule.
  
• Occasional travel may be required for events or engagements outside of the primary office location.
  

This position is essential in providing seamless support to the Executive Chairman, ensuring their schedules run efficiently and securely while maintaining a professional and reliable service.
