Job Opportunity: Emirati Registered Nurse with DOH License (Female) We are hiring a Registered Nurse (Emirati Female) on behalf of a reputable private medical center located in Al Shahama area. This role is ideal for a compassionate, patient-focused healthcare professional who holds a valid DOH license and is committed to delivering high-quality care. To provide professional, efficient, and compassionate nursing care to patients, while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Assess patient needs by establishing rapport and understanding care requirements. Create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families. Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Promote patient independence through goal-setting and hands-on guidance. Ensure quality of care by adhering to medical protocols, standards, and safety guidelines. Participate in evaluations and recommend adjustments to treatment as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team. Nationality: UAE National (Female) License: Valid DOH License is mandatory Experience: 1–3 years as a registered nurse Education: BSc in Nursing or equivalent diploma from an accredited nursing program Skills: Strong knowledge of nursing practices and emergency care Familiarity with health & safety standards, sanitation, and infection control Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities Highly organized, empathetic, and solution-orientedAbout the Role
