Black & Grey HR is looking for an E-commerce Manager to join a dynamic wholesale car trading company based in Dubai, UAE. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the companys online sales and presence in the competitive automotive market. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and execute digital strategies that maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share in the automotive industry.
- Manage the companys e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and images, to drive conversions and customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to drive alignment and support business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate continuously and improve the e-commerce experience.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.

Requirements
