Job Description

Our client, a leading and fast-growing consulting firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Director, who will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive the company's growth and success. This is a high-impact role with a leading consulting firm, specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), where you will shape the business, expand market presence, and ensure service excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals
Lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth
Cultivate and manage executive-level client relationships
Ensure the delivery of high-quality GRC advisory services
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk controls
Represent the firm at industry forums and stakeholder events

Candidate Profile

10-15 years of leadership experience in GRC or professional services
Proven ability to scale and transform consulting businesses
Prior experience in a Big 4 firm strongly preferred
MBA or equivalent professional qualification
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Demonstrated success in driving client engagement and profitability
