Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Director of Facilities Management Consultancy. You will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans that outline short and long term goals
  • Produce comprehensive reports on client needs, developments, and future operational requirements
  • Ensure assignments and instructions are completed on time with adherence to companys standard
  • Foster positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for team members
  • Collaborate with other teams on the preparation, submission of RFPs proposals and presentation
  • Provide guidance to clients in formulating facility management strategies
  • Prepare professional, Technical, Management, and Operational submissions on projects and master planned developments on behalf of clients
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial projections
  • Forecast revenue streams based on historical performance, client pipeline, and market conditions
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations
  • Establish pricing strategies, key financial performance metrics and ensure financial goals are met
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell services
  • Maintain organized business development pipeline, tracking leads, prospects, and active projects
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, seminars, and associations
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic data, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or in a relevant discipline
  • Accreditation or membership in relevant industry bodies is advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of the RICS Code of Conduct, RICS International Property Measurement Standards, and local and national market
  • Proficient in using MS Office and relevant software
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, leadership, and administration skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel within the GCC region on required basis
