Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cut-over Manager to lead the dress rehearsal and cut-over phases for a Coupa Greenfield Implementation within a large organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ERP/SaaS implementations, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to Coupa. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, proactive risk management, and meticulous execution of cut-over plans. Cutover Planning & Execution: Develop and own the cutover strategy, ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined. Dress Rehearsal Management: Plan and execute mock cutovers (dress rehearsals) to validate readiness, identify gaps, and mitigate risks. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business units, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to align cutover activities. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cutover execution and implement mitigation strategies to prevent business disruptions. Go-Live Readiness & Hyper-care: Establish and monitor cutover success criteria, ensuring a smooth transition and a robust hyper-care plan post go-live. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Process & Compliance: Ensure cutover activities adhere to best practices, governance, and compliance requirements. · Proven experience in managing cutover and dress rehearsal phases for Coupa Greenfield Implementations in large enterprises. · Strong background in ERP/SaaS implementations with expertise in procurement and financial systems. · Hands-on experience in developing cutover playbooks, command centers, and run-books. · Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders. · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Requirements
