1. Must have 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding company 2. Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking 3. Must have knowledge in MS office suite. 4. Bachelor degree in BA English / engineering / relevant experience is required . 5. Typing speed must meet nearly 40 WPM. 6. Preparation of quotation and invoices in a timely manner to bill to client 7. Coordinate with client’s suppliers on cargo collection and source for suitable sailing for the shipment 8. Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking and shipment status 9. Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. 10. Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy 11. Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level 12. Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries. 13. Understand individual customer’s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 14. Achieve and monitor customer’s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely. 15. Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy. 16. Communicate with superior to improve department processes. 17. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior. 18. prepare the SOP for each client & file it . 19. Provide customer’s report and company required reports (Daily , weekly, Monthly). 20. Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent. 21. Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices 22. Close monitoring of client’s shipments on daily basis. 23. Monthly target need to achieve is 1 time CTC with own generated clients.
