Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a new branch of a leading Business Consulting and Accounting firm that specializes in Company Formation, Accounting/Taxation, and Trading Services in Dubai, UAE. The firm is headquartered in Hong Kong and operates across Southeast Asia, with plans to expand into the UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled “Corporate Secretarial Service Executive” to join our clients team. In this role, you will provide support and guidance in managing corporate governance and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporation, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking off companies, preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions, opening bank accounts, and managing changes of signatories.
- Update and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Provide advice on compliance requirements.
- Prepare directors and members resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other secretarial documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, both for the company and clients, including meeting deadlines.
- Assist in drafting and updating a database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Offer advice on secretarial matters and possess a strong knowledge of relevant authorities and compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws.
- Assist a Manager/Supervisor in handling clients portfolios, including liaising with auditors.
- Perform other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in a corporate secretarial role.
- Work experience in a law firm or an accounting firm would be an added advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for staying up to date with legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
