To implement Corporate Performance framework to ensure that sectors/department are aligned with the the company strategy. Ensure accurate reporting and disclosure in regards to strategic projects and work closely with PMO to raise the maturity level of the organisation in project management and continuous improvements to the process and/or diagnostic analysis and recommendations.
Key Accountabilities
Corporate Performance Operations
Develop and lead Corporate Performance framework that helps the company to develop an integrated Corporate Performance Management approach that supports the design and implementation of management processes and systems that align business strategy to drive accountabilities, decision support and operational execution.
Develop Corporate Performance framework to ensure clear alignment of strategy and plans that are dynamic and focuses on both financial and non-financial objectives.
Integrate performance measurement with planning, budgeting, and financial consolidation processes to achieve successful strategy implementation.
Develop high level perform reports about the company internal performance as well as its impact in the industry
Regularly monitor and report corporate performance and highlight discrepancies vs. plans and suggest corrective measures.
Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Guide sectors/departments in target setting and development of KPIs in strategic and operational plans.
Facilitate sectoral/departmental planning to develop initiatives and programmes to fulfil strategic objectives. Monitor and report corporate performance and highlight discrepancies.
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration/ Finance/Economics/Public Policy or equivalent.
Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Public Policy or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Bachelor Degree Holders: 5 to 15 years of experience in business strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence field. OR
Post Graduate Holders: 5 to 15 years of experience in business strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence field.
