ABOUT THE JOB & COMPANY
CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF
Location: Al Khobar Saudi Arabia with some travel to Riyadh
Health food fast casual restaurants with 20 stores
Also offers online meal subscription service and catering
All food prepared at central kitchen
40 employees in the central kitchen
Corporate Chef will be responsible for introducing systems and procedures, costings, food control, ordering etc.
Focus is on administration and leadership
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced Executive Chef who has run a high volume central kitchen or multiple unit kitchens
Very organized and strong on implementation of SOP’s, controls, costings etc
Can organize, optimize, train and lead
Benefits
Salary SAR 18,000 (4800 USD) - SAR 28,000 (7400 USD) net per month
Company will provide car
