Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Property Manager at KAIZEN, you will play a critical role in managing commercial properties. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain commercial properties up to KAIZEN standards.
Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing their concerns and needs.
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Monitor and enforce lease agreements and rental collections.
Develop and manage property budgets.
Maximize occupancy and revenue.
Evaluate and select vendors for property services.
Conduct regular property inspections and assessments.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in commercial property management and leasing.
Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle tenant disputes and conflicts effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
5 years experience as Property Manager/Portfolio Manager/Director
10 years experience in real estate
