This role involves spearheading the strategy and execution of unparalleled experiences that drive business growth and instill brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Drive and embed a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead developing and implementing strategies for superior customer experiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to optimize the design of the customer journey.
  • Seamless Interaction: Bridge the gap between business objectives and customer needs to ensure seamless interaction at every touchpoint.
  • Brand Perception: Foster a positive brand perception through consistently exceptional experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure success through improved customer satisfaction, enhanced employee-customer engagement, increased loyalty, and positive impacts on business performance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a CXO or similar role for 8 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer-centric cultural transformations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, automation and execution abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Track record of implementing successful customer experience initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge in customer journey.
