Job Description

  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Construct formwork structures using wood, plywood, steel, or other materials.
  • Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
  • Ensure that formwork is secure, level, and properly aligned.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Total 8 experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or Formwork Carpenter in construction projects.
  • Minimum 5years work experience in GCC/Gulf Countries as Shuttering Carpenter ForemanKnowledge of carpentry techniques and the ability to read construction plans.
  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
