Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established Retail businesses in KSA. Our client is looking to hire a detail-oriented Buyer who will be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business.

- Research potential vendors

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

- Track orders and ensure timely delivery

- Review the quality of purchased products

- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Requirements

- 5+ years of successful experience in Buying

- Strong in Excel, numbers, forecasting etc

- Outstanding communication abilities

- Excellent organizational skills

- Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating

- Up to speed with purchasing best practices
