-Anchor the business development strategy and focus on revenue generation. -Evaluating performance and productivity of the project. -Analyzing accounting and R&D of new product developments. -Researching and identifying growth opportunities in the Armoring field. -Keeping up with the latest trends and update about the industry & Competition -Introducing new modifications also keeps Customers updated on new modification models for developing interest. -Organize appropriate bundling of packages to promote other modifications or at better margins. -Identify new markets / avenues to explore and diversify as and when required -Prepare country/avenues profile & pre-visit plan for countries and P&L for projects. -Participate in UNGM/NGO tenders and aid companies that are already associated with UNGM/NGO to get visibility towards special vehicles and generate additional revenue. -Align Sales and Marketing. -Develop strategic partnerships to meet required mark-ups & continuous supply -Elevate brand and Manage your customer acquisition costs -Increasing customer retention and develop a new client/customer base -Company process documentation, Prepare RFI, collate suppliers timeline, JD and prices for ROI and benefits -Vendor relations for dedicated stocks, price, account reconciliation. -Gain visibility for control over stock, ordering & costs. -Minimum 10 years experience in Sales/Business Development / Operations -Prior experience of working in the Automotive Industry -Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends -Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success -Attractive Salary & BenefitsRequirements
