Job Description

One of our clients is a leading International property consultant & advisory firm based in Dubai. They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager - Valuation.

To carry out business valuation assignments in different industries independently including site inspection, on-site data collection, market research and analysis, management interview, financial modeling and report writing
To arrange work plan and time schedules, organize team members to complete the task
Supervise and execute valuation assignments and activities
Participate in client relationship management
To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediate for due diligence and marketing.
Support in coordinating and supervising the execution of valuation assignments.
Assist the growth and development of the valuation business in the UAE.

Requirements

Qualifications

A minimum 4-6 years of experiences in business valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, security pricing.
Excellent knowledge in financial modeling with Excel for discounted cash-flow analysis, pricing of derivatives and other financial instruments
RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as ASA, CFA, CPA, CPV or other business valuation related designations would be an advantage.
