Our client, a well-established consultant operating in diverse industries in the UK and in the UAE are looking for an exemplary Business Development Sales professional who is constantly looking to grow the companys business by bringing in new clients on board, a go-getter who is friendly, has excellent connections in the UAE market and can also execute deadlines and thrives in demanding and collaborative work environments.
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
Hunting/prospecting and closing new businesses at all revenue levels
Generate and manage client pipeline to achieve new business and growth
Research, identify, and acquire clients on a consistent basis
Conduct meetings to secure business
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service always
Be proactive in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Attend relevant industry events
Achieve revenue targets and meet individual KPIs
Requirements
At least 3-4 years Business Development experience with a recruitment agency in the UAE
Excellent negotiation skills
Must have an outgoing and friendly personality
Excellent in client acquisition/client onboarding
Constantly connecting with prospective clients through networking platforms/industry events
