- Responsible for designing software requirement documentation and user manuals.
- Assist with the requirement gathering, design, and archiving of system requests on the proprietary software packages.
- Serve as liaison between IT and other business areas when needed.
- Assist the BA Manager in carrying out a series of meetings, workshops with stakeholders and product owners, technical and business discussions to define the scope of work and deliver the projects.
- Trains internal and external users on new and modified software and maintains documentation for each project.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Understanding of the industry direction and company motivations in order to identify and help drive state of the art solutions
- Experience in new developments and enhancement/support-type projects.Requirements
