Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Biology Teacher to join a reputable private school in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, proven teaching experience, and a student-focused approach to education. This role is ideal for educators committed to fostering scientific curiosity and academic excellence in secondary school students. Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Evaluate and assess student performance regularly. Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects and academic planning. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic reports. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or a related field. Valid Teaching Qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE). ADEK approval or eligibility is mandatory. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, ideally within the UAE or GCC. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Comfortable using digital teaching tools and blended learning methods. Arabic speakers must have a valid IELTS certificate (minimum 7.0 band score).
