Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 4-5 Years
Salary: Depends Upon Experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of business functions

  • Supervising and supporting the team to achieve organizational goals and maintain productivity

  • Handling customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Assisting in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

  • Conducting regular staff training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and efficient

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on the department's performance

  • Helping in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishments

  • Managing schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of services/products

  • Preparing and maintaining reports on departmental performance, including sales, costs, and productivity

  • Identifying areas for improvement and working with management to implement solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity

  • Good understanding of operational processes and business management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software

  • Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve goals
