Main Responsibilities: Assisting the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of business functions Supervising and supporting the team to achieve organizational goals and maintain productivity Handling customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction Assisting in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Conducting regular staff training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and efficient Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on the department's performance Helping in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishments Managing schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of services/products Preparing and maintaining reports on departmental performance, including sales, costs, and productivity Identifying areas for improvement and working with management to implement solutions Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity Good understanding of operational processes and business management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve goals
