We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring their performance, availability, and functionality meet business needs. You will troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, manage system updates, and provide end-user support, contributing to smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly/monthly assessments to track application usage, optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Microsoft and Oracle-based applications.
• Extract and generate reports from existing applications/databases.
• Enable access controls, data extracts, integration maintenance, and process controls.
• Implement business requests and operational improvements.
• Work on DEV/TEST/PROD applications across various platforms (ERP, APIs, Cloud, web, mobility).
• Conduct yearly training, awareness sessions, and update documentation.
• Work with business teams to update operational requirements.
• Ability to Perform ad-hoc task and analysis for the support team as needed Contribute to writing SQL, PLSQL, JAVA .NET code and tools
to assist Level 1 support to diagnose and resolve incidents Should be able to meet SLAs.Requirements
