Job Description

SEVEN Clinic is seeking a DHA-licensed General Practitioner with expertise in Andrology and a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings, male sexual and reproductive health, and hormonal optimization. This dual-role physician will integrate functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and preventive health protocols to treat chronic disease, support fertility, manage hormonal imbalances, and enhance male wellness and longevity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a holistic, patient-centered approach and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, discreet, and transformative care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Medicine

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including male health screenings, metabolic panels, and cardiovascular risk evaluations.
Design personalized, preventive care strategies incorporating nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and advanced functional diagnostics.
Identify early disease markers and implement timely interventions for long-term health outcomes.

2. Male Reproductive & Sexual Health

Diagnose and manage male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and conditions such as Peyronie’s disease.
Provide fertility-enhancing treatments, including hormonal therapy and regenerative protocols.
Offer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), BHRT, and biohacking solutions tailored to men’s health optimization.

3. Hormonal Disorders & Chronic Disease Management

Treat andropause, hypogonadism, and chronic conditions through root-cause analysis using a functional medicine lens.
Design integrated care plans involving hormonal balancing, micronutrient support, and lifestyle interventions.
Manage long-term chronic health issues, including metabolic dysfunction, fatigue, and aging-related concerns.

4. Regenerative & Functional Medicine Integration

Utilize cutting-edge regenerative therapies, including PRP, exosome therapy, and stem cells, to address male sexual health concerns.
Integrate IV nutrient therapy, amino acids, and peptide-based protocols into patient treatment plans.
Collaborate with wellness experts to implement holistic care strategies rooted in the P4 Medicine model.

5. Patient Education & Lifestyle Optimization

Educate male patients on healthy aging, lifestyle modification, stress management, and performance optimization.
Guide patients through shared decision-making, empowering them to take charge of their sexual and general health.
Lead educational sessions and contribute to public awareness campaigns around men’s wellness.

6. Compliance, Documentation & Clinical Excellence

Ensure adherence to DHA regulations, data privacy, and documentation protocols using electronic medical records (EMR).
Maintain up-to-date clinical notes, treatment logs, and diagnostic interpretations.
Stay informed on new clinical advancements in men’s health, regenerative medicine, and diagnostics.

7. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Practice

Partner with clinical dietitians, urologists, physiotherapists, and regenerative medicine specialists.
Engage in medical case reviews and help shape clinical protocols across sexual, hormonal, and preventive care streams.
Support mentorship and clinical education within the team to raise standards of care delivery.

Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or MBBS) from a recognized institution.
DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible as a General Practitioner in Dubai.
Board Certification or proven experience in Andrology, Men’s Health, or Endocrinology preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, with demonstrable success in male health, sexual wellness, and chronic disease management.
Additional certifications in functional medicine, hormonal therapy, or regenerative medicine (e.g., A4M, IFM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience with TRT, PRP, exosomes, and preventive health screenings.
Familiarity with EMR systems and digital healthcare tools.
Strong communication, patient engagement, and clinical leadership skills.
