Job Title: Aluminium Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Aluminium Workers to join a well-established construction and facilities maintenance company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with aluminium materials, including cutting, shaping, installing, and maintaining aluminium-based structures and fixtures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans, precision work, and the ability to operate aluminium work tools safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and install aluminium components (e.g., windows, doors, frames, partitions) according to specifications and drawings.
  

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium products, including structural and decorative components.
  

• Ensure proper alignment and leveling of aluminium installations during construction or assembly.
  

• Join aluminium parts using various techniques such as welding, riveting, or using adhesives.
  

• Install aluminium cladding, facades, and curtain walls on buildings.
  

• Repair and replace damaged or worn-out aluminium components and structures.
  

• Work from technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions provided by supervisors or clients.
  

• Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders) with precision and care.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the worksite.
  

• Collaborate with site supervisors, construction teams, and other workers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  

• Ensure quality control by checking work at various stages for alignment, finish, and performance.
  

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Aluminium Worker (Gulf experience is preferred).
  

• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminium materials with precision.
  

• Familiarity with aluminium tools, machines, and material handling techniques.
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, working in different positions (standing, kneeling, climbing), and working under varying weather conditions.
  

• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred.
  

• Good understanding of safety practices and procedures in aluminium work.
  

• Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments, including non-air-conditioned settings and at height.
  

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Overtime may be required based on project schedules
