Administrative responsibilities
Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for management in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the body system as a whole
Supervising the implementation of the objectives of the administration and the scorer of this strategy and achieving it Directing the preparation, allocation, use and control of expenditures when needed
Review all periodic management performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance management performance

Functional responsibilities
Direct the leadership of evaluating, identifying and verifying the required new digital channels, or making a major update of existing channels in line with Abu Dhabi government services and reporting customer experience analysis
Overseeing the design of an operational model (including work requirements and technical requirements) for the development and implementation of digital channels and coordination with the Digital Channels Section to support maintenance and implementation
Directing the leadership of the preparation and modernization of Abu Dhabis government service plan and agenda and supervision of content management at the digital channel level, and ensuring that content is disseminated among relevant digital channels
Oversee supplier performance, adjust the quality of content outputs (continuous content integrity check, meet deadlines, etc.), review supplier performance report and take corrective action if necessary
Lead the preparation of service level agreements, key performance indicators, and quality assurance procedures to monitor the performance of the supplier associated with digital channels
Ensure that the digital security standards and guidelines of the company are aligned and that the security frameworks set by the Office of the Director of Information Security are implemented
Lead the design and implementation of operational models of new digital platforms and deliver them to the digital platform management department for operation
Lead projects related to the development of digital channels and ensure that they are aligned with the strategic objectives and guidance of the company.
Ensure support for call centre channels and services in the implementation and use of new digital channels including training and frequently asked questions
Lead the planning, cancellation or addition of change management activities required to manage and implement digital channels (including updating,cancelling or adding any new digital channel)
Develop and ensure that relevant digital channel policies and procedures are aligned and implemented within sector activities
Requirements
Academic qualifications
Bachelors degree in software engineering, or any related specialty
Professional experience
Experience in software engineering, or any relevant field at least
Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 9 to 11 years
